The latter is what I was thinking, but the reason I said 'grandiose' is that given the way the FE is set up, you would have to do something truly drastic to make any place safe once the Steel Ministry/TLR discover it. The habitable area probably isn't big enough to hide forever, given that there are fights between TLR's armies/koloss and raiders on the burnlands edges.

There are places in the Outer Dominances where the skaa are somewhat less oppressed and have somewhat more rights/ability to improve their lives, but even there, I think the Ministry is aware of it & would step in if skaa Allomancers started to be allowed.

With Allomancers and knowledge of a couple of secret metals (Chromium Leeching, Aluminum's ability to make anti-fGold-healing weapons) you could build a force to stop Inquisitors... but then TLR would eventually get annoyed enough to come crush you himself.

There are a couple of things that could work, but they're all really, really drastic.

All of that is true, but that's kind of the point of your Destiny. That's how you're hoping to change the world.

Also your declared destiny isn't necessarily your true Destiny. The Narrator decides that. 3:D (for example, Vin's actual destiny turned out to be very different from what she thought it was.)

As promised, here's the rules for the "Take a Licking" stunt:

Oh, I just realized, I got the "Take a Licking" stunt and the "Skaa's Toughness" stunt mixed up. I'll give you the rules for both and you can choose which one you wanted:

Take a Licking (Plantation Skaa Only):
A lifetime of floggings and abuse have made you nearly immune to pain. Whenever you suffer a physical Burden, its grade is reduced by one (e.g., from Mortal to Grave, Grave to Serious, or Serious to no Burden).

Skaa’s Toughness (Skaa Only):

Your Health permanently increases by 2, and you may recover Health during a Short Breather without sitting the Breather out (see “Recovery” on page 189 of the Mistborn Adventure Game).

TAKE A LICKING! Immune to Mortal Physical Burdens, and you get the others only infrequently! It's like Demigod Mode. DO IT!

One of these days one of us should play as a Skaa pewterarm with both Skaa Toughness and Take a Licking. :D SO MUCH HEALTH! He'd be all-but invincible! (Almost as bad as a bloodmaker)
