I basically just mean I'm giving you three opportunities to prepare... something in advance of the attack. I may or may not have some surprises waiting for you which will happen in between the phases.

The limits are, per hour, the lower of the two following:

Your feruchemical rating, or:
The relevant stat minus 1.

In this case your rating is the lower bound, so you can store five health per hour.

However, by the rules of the game, the entire hour has to be entirely uninterrupted. As Wayne showed, walking around and storing health, especially while you're trying to do things, is very difficult.

I'm gonna say that you'll be able to take your normal action and store the equivalent of two hours of gold per day at the maximum rate (a mix of time spent at the maximum rate, and more time spent at a far lower rate). I expect roughly each "phase" to be about a day, so you'll end up with 30 more gold if you store the max while also taking actions.

If you'd like to forego a preparatory action in one on of the phases, I think you could store a little bit more.

Well, when faced with decisions like this, I try to narrow it down by category. Would you like to do something to enhance the troops attack? Something to aid in defense? Something to weaken the koloss? Something to learn about the koloss, perhaps inform future decisions? Something to set something up for one of the Set Piece battles? Something outlandish, maybe, something completely out of left field?

Is it a Train in the city? Would it be possible to have the Train run of it tracks and towards the koloos army?

No, there is one small track heading in the opposite direction with a hand-operated push-cart for bringing ore back to town from the mine.

...I'm not sure? The train would likely crash? Since the nearest train to Teriosin is prolly about a hundred miles, I doubt it will do much to affect the upcoming battle.
