So, the "Completed Adventures" section is empty. This makes me sad. Therefore, I propose the world's shortest possible adventure, so that it may be completed and placed in that section.

Scenario: The Narrator controls TLR, who knowledgeable sources have succinctly described as "a thousand year old, expert-[near]savant-Lerasium-Twinawesome-Sliver." However many people as possible comprise a group who are, at adventure's beginning, mere moments away from executing an assassination attempt on TLR.

A handful of beats later, the entire crew is dead. And thus the adventure concludes.

Bonus points if people actually make real, deep characters and narrate the heck out of the handful of posts they get before dying bloodily. More bonus points for the narrator for particularly artistic deaths.

P.S. We could actually use our existing characters from other adventures for this, to add an Oregon Trail "ye gods why did I name that character after my cat, now I'm actually sad!" flavor to preceedings. :D

XD sounds like fun. I think WAM stats could be good for this. It won't make any difference whatsoever to the outcome but hey, if they are going up against TLR then presumably they are fairly accomplished before they make the attempt.

So the next question, who wants to narrate this one and who wants to meet a messy end?

I'd go with ASM stats for this. And I would stat the Lord Ruler as 10 in every power, standing and attribute except Bronze and Brass which I would have at 20 via Atium Bracer spiking (as per my arguments on 17th Shard). Every stunt, but no Bendalloy, Cadmium, Chromium, Nicrosil (he doesn't need them, and it would be a lot of effort with minimal reward to have them on him).

If we want to make it interesting, he could have 100/100 charges of everything Feruchemical except Iron which is 50/100 (so he can store) and 5 charges of each Allomantic metal. Sound Accurate? 3 Mistborn Vials let's say.

Hmm, yeah makes sense. Yeah I reckon that's how to do TLR :P not that he's terribly likely to use aluminium or duralumin. (Where were you discussing that? Think I missed that discussion).

That doesn't sound fair at all...which is the point. Carry on =)

Should he have the Savant for each metal? I don't think he needs it, and given we don't know for sure Mistborn can Savant, I'd say leave it. 10 for each metal is enough (except the 2 20s)

Nah, leave it. Let's avoid the whole near-savant discussion and just leave it at 10 with all stunts.

Good. That's what I thought. This is such a good idea that I am tempted to head over to the 17th Shard and upvote ALL of Kurk's posts, just to express my excitement.

Oh, and despite my ideas about how to stat the LR, I am more inclined to play one of the dudes getting killed.

Also, I really like the Mighty idea, because it makes it a very difficult choice. If you need a lot of stunts, you really need to play as a Misting. Me, I'm planning a Mighty-Mistborn, and going with the specialized option... so I only get one stunt for each of the two specialized metals.

That, would take a very, very long time.

Tempted to create a keeper character but I won't. Bloodmaking would slow down the whole "getting brutally slaughtered" thing. Hmm, going to think a bit more.
