Okay then. Why don't you set up your mistborn (with some free non-Prop Atium) and we'll get to it. We can drag in a narrator if it really calls for it, but I think we can at least try to start out just being gentlemen about it.

Speaking of that: What's our arena? I don't think we need to go as complicated as the Hazekiller training ground, but at the very least we shouldn't be on an infinite grassy plain.

EDIT: Mind if I roll some Resources? If you don't, how about a Small Wooden Shield (difficulty 1).

Yes, I plan to also use my resources to see if I can get some additional items. I'm fine giving you some room, but there have to be some manner of reasonable limits; too much space and your speed becomes almost impossible to overcome. How about: An abandoned factory. There are some pillars and some old equipment around. A couple of anchors for me to push on but nothing loose that I can use as a projectile. The room is big enough that if I stand in the center, the four corners are at Long distance; four Steps will take you from one corner to the other. The whole place is too big for me to cover everywhere at once with my steel, but it's small enough that I can reasonably press you into a corner and at least get a shot at you as you run out of range again. Does that work? Is it at least close enough that you have some suggestions to offer, or would you prefer to offer a new brainstorm from scratch?

Which house rules would you suggest?

That setting sounds fine.

For Rules, I was looking specifically at Called Shots and what happens when you Push/Pull on people. I'm fine with Hero's rules. Maybe we should talk about free Nudges too.
